Label Printer
Label Printer is a label printing application that can print labels containing text, lines, pictures, and barcodes of most common barcode types. Text and barcode elements and pictures filenames may use data from a wide variety of sources, including CSV (comma separated variables) files, Excel files, Access databases, and most ODBC database servers such as Oracle and SQL.

Label Printer can also create its own databases, importing data from ODBC source or by manual record keeping. Label Printer databases may be edited at will; ODBC database are read-only.

Text and barcode elements may be rotated through any angle and colour and font properties may be user-selected. Label printer supports Aztec, Databar, Datamatrix, PDF417 and QR-Code 2D barcode types, GS1-Composite barcodes and over 50 1D types, including GS1-13, GS1-8, GS1-128, etc. and many postal barcodes.
The design of a label (the positions, colours, etc. of the elements on the label) and the information required to connect to any data source may be saved into a Template file that can subsequently be opened for use.
Labels may be printed on any Windows-supported graphics printer by specifying in the Print dialog box the number of records and number of copies of each record to be printed.

Batch printing facility allows any number of copies of
specific database records to be printed, with the number being specified by
manual input, read from a text file, or taken from a database field.
Features
- Label size easily specified in a dialog box. Suitable for Laser, inkjet and thermal printers*.
- Supports text, barcode, shape, line and picture elements. Text may be centred, or left or right aligned and may be rotated through any angle.
- Date blocks may contain a replacement date which may be set by the user and printed in any Windows format.
- Record and label sequence numbering - an alphanumeric prefix plus an incrementing counter. Duplicates may be optionally sequenced.
- Each element on the label may be specified by using designer interface. Element data may be specified at design time or be taken from a field in the data source.
- Designer allows wide range of scale setting, snap grids and multiple element selection.
- Template files hold printer settings - so load template, start printing
- Includes samples for Excel, Access and a CSV data file.
- Full HELP system.
* Printers require a suitable Windows driver.
Supports over 50 1D barcode types, including China Post, Code 39, Code 93, , Code 128, GS1/EAN/UCC 128, EAN-14 / UCC-14, SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code), EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ISBN. ISSN. ISMN, Standard 2 of 5, Infomail, Intelligent Mail (formerly OneCode), Interleaved 2 of 5, Matrix 2 of 5, Codabar, DeutschenPost, Japan Post, MSI, Plessey, Postnet, Planet, RM4SCC.
