From the File menu select Print. The print dialog is displayed. At the bottom of the dialog you will see the name of the printer to which the label data will be sent. On the left of the dialog you will see which label(s) will be sent. For a quick test leave the selector at Current - so that only the top left-hand label on your screen will be printed. You can print as many copies as you wish by entering the required number in the Copies box on the right. Note that if you select All, dLabel will print a label for every record in the database. You can also select a Range of label, by pushing the Range radio button and entering the record number of the label you want to start with and the label you want to finish with. dLabel will then print the inclusive range.
